Welcome to our NEST!

Sparrow's Nest Makerspace

is an inclusive social enterprise

 for connection and creativity.

​

We will be open again from Monday September 16th after a beautiful summer of Elora Centre for the Arts Summer Camps in the Nest!

​

We WELCOME ALL AGES and ABILITIES in our Community Makerspace!

Please see our calendar for drop-ins and groups. Hoping you can swoop in for a visit!

Our community nest is lined with a varied supply of repurposed/donated arts and crafts materials with tools for you to share and explore. You are very welcome to bring your own project to work on.

There are sofas and tables to work from and tea/coffee to relax and enjoy.

​

We recognize the need for shared collaborative making, quiet space for creative thinking and social time to connect and relax. 

​

At least one nest facilitator will be on-hand for support and guidance if needed.

​

We welcome donated/repurposed arts & crafts supplies, inspiring found objects, magazines and art books. Items we cannot use are shared with other community groups or donated to our local Groves Hospital New to You thrift store.
